At the heart of every store is it’s kitchen. Pho Queue is home to one of Australia’s most high-tech Vietnamese kitchens run by chef Leighton Rossi.
Leighton is one of Brisbane’s most experienced Vietnamese chefs with a successful track record.
He is the owner and chef of well known Vietnamese establishments:
Red Lotus (since 2010), Café O Mai (since 2012) and Pho Queue (since 2017).
